ABOUT US
We officially launched our business on Labor Day Weekend 2022. But our story started long before. My wife, Cindy, and I always shopped at our favorite little store "Robins' Nest" in Hamilton, New Jersey. We would take our son with us sometimes. The store owners, Robin and Ray, were so kind and always had kind words for him and us both. We developed a special bond with Robin and Ray and frequented their store often. Their store always had a calming effect and it was so nice to look around. Robin truly had a gift for making flower arrangements and arranging displays in the store. Ray would take great care when wrapping gifts. Cindy loved the scented tissue paper.
Sadly the time came when they decided to close the store. They had hoped to at one point reopen another store in a different location, but that never came to be. We still kept in touch with them even after they closed the store. Shortly after closing the store, Ray became sick and On Christmas Day 2017 he passed away. Cindy and I went to his Memorial and noticed how strong and Spiritual Robin was. We continued to keep in touch with her. A few weeks before Labor Day 2022, Robin emailed Cindy. She was so proud to hear that our son was going off to college. She knew he would grow to be a Handsome, respectful, and Smart young man. She shared some very sad news, telling us that she was battling Stage 4 ovarian cancer and her one wish was for her shop to benefit someone that truly deserved it. We were truly honored and promised to continue their Legacy of Love of "Robins' Nest" thru our "Comfort and Joy Boutique by Camille" store.
